GAMA ARAMIC

Sauvignon Blanc

This Sauvignon Blanc is truly exceptional, crafted from the finest-performing grapes of the harvest. To achieve its unmistakable character, the grapes undergo 42 hours of skin contact. The result is a wine of remarkable stature: full-bodied and mineral, featuring intense notes of Granny Smith apple and a creamy finish with vibrant grapefruit undertones.

It pairs excellently with pasta in cheese sauces, turkey, beef, roast beef, or fresh seafood.

Produced from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, meticulously grown in the Silagiu region.

Aramic Piatra Soarelui Sauvignon Blanc is one of those wines born from the ideal grape-growing conditions found in the Silagiu hills. Its exceptional aromatic profile is the result of keeping the Sauvignon Blanc grapes in skin contact (maceration) for 42 hours immediately after harvest. Through this precise procedure, the wine acquires a delicate color as well as floral and walnut kernel notes, all crowned by a crisp, fresh minerality.

This is a lively wine, best enjoyed within the first or second year after bottling. However, if aged in barrels or bottles, its palate will evolve, developing rich nuances reminiscent of yellow melon.
